Don’t take your sins lightly. You may think you’ve done nothing wrong but you forgot how you shouted at the housekeeper when you lost your temper; the other person you pushed aside so you got ahead in the queue. May the Almighty help us to constantly reflect on our shortcomings.

Your faith, like most things in life will fluctuate. Don’t expect it to remain constant. There’ll be ups and downs, highs and lows, good days and bad days. Don’t let that define you. Do things sincerely for the sake of the Almighty and your faith will strengthen by His Mercy.

Almighty. On this blessed day, grant us good patience in hard times. Let us learn to be grateful by recognizing that our trials could be much worse. Let us trust Your Plan and have complete reliance on You. Help us to remain close to You during both good and bad times. Aameen. ‬

Take a long, hard look at yourself in the mirror. See if the person staring back at you is the person you want to be. Do this often as it is a good form of self-reflection. There’s always room for improvement. Focus on trying to be a better person today than you were yesterday.
